Good stuff for the $$. Turned a couple of local detailers onto it, they were surprised at the results.

It's their new wax product for 2020, shine came out great and insanely smooth. My only knock, is that it is so clear that it made it hard to see where it had already been applied

How long does it last for approximately? Looking for a good wax to put on for the upcoming spring/summer.

I just put the Turtle Wax HCC on my 2020. Amazing results and it is supposed to last 6-12 months, especially if you give it a 2nd coat 24 hours after the first. The metallic flakes in my Silver Sky Metallic paint almost seem like they are 3D and the finish is super smooth and glossy. I washed and clay barred it then applied the product. Super easy to put on and 1-2 squeezes per panel is all you need and then you very lightly buff it with another microfiber cloth. It was $16 on Amazon.

This stuff sure seems like a no-brainer since it so easy to apply. Perhaps just a few minutes longer than just drying off the vehicle. I'm going to get some today as my wife is insisting I wash here car today. I might just wash both since it is supposed to be our first 60 degree day. I think I'll need to use dish soap to get all the old wax off the car first though. Might even need to do a couple of rounds of wash to be sure there's nothing on the surface.

One thing I started doing a few years back is to have two 5 gallon buckets. One with the wash solution, one with just water. After I apply the soap to the wash brush and wash a panel, I then dip it into the rinse bucket to get any residual dirt off it. Then get soap out of the wash bucket and repeat. The wash solution stays clean enough to do more than 1 car.

Don't use dish soap on vehicles, it doesn't strip waxes or sealants it just masks them because it doesn't rinse off very well and gives the appearance that the wax/sealant is gone. It's also not good for rubber and trim. There are very few products that will "strip" waxes or sealants that are safe to put on cars. Or it will take multiple rounds of use unless the wax/sealant is nearly dead already.

I bought the whole turtle wax hybrid line can’t beat it for the price, very pleased with the results. The wet wax has eliminated all water spots when drying the car off from using well water.

Hey guys, quick question. I used the turtle wax ceramic spray coating and it’s just smearing and won’t buff to a shine. Do I need to let it dry overnight and try tomorrow?
