Damn, those are making their way down to you QUICK. Unlike my two items which have been in "transit" for a few months, lol.

Right now my summer wheels are American Racing Baja with 285/70 17s Falken Wildpeaks. I will need to replace them before my winter wheels which are the OEM Steel painted black with 265/75 16s Wildpeaks also . Still have lots of tread left . So I will need to replace my summer tires first but probably will get one more summer out of them . Just thinking ahead  Shopping on Headstrong .com right now ,going to add the AAL to my medium duty Dakar’s and trying to figure out the Rotopax thing .

Yeah, my steelies took a while. Then I traded them, and had to wait to get them only to take them back north with me

    Who has what of yours?

Well, I was being very general when I said they are on the express in transit. I'm not positive but I believe my cargo is still in Connecticut or Massachusetts. :annoyed:

I think Twisted has the DeWalt light and Diabetik has the awning.

Ok, did dibetictaco say if he was taking the awning to twistedtlm4 ? Reason I am saying is, now I might be taking a fender to subway4x4 in Philly, or near there, since I also have to meet bastek.

I have no idea what any arrangement is at the moment. They are currently just sitting until someone has time. I also have no idea exactly where Diabetictaco lives so I don't know how far of a drive it would be.
Also, lets move this back to the TW Express thread...

The sell black decals to cover the chrome. Hold up better and less work to install.

Totally agree. These ran just fine on pavement and some mild forest roads. I wanted to install them before the next step. Me OME suspension from ToyTec delivers Saturday which will be plenty for these tires on harder trails.

    Toyo MTs.

I found 32 front 28 rear to be the best ride and even wear.

I lost the ability to use 6th tho... Can't handle it above 50mph, just get terrible gas mileage and lug out. The solution is to put it in S mode and set it to 5. Works great!

I’ve read the first 3/4 of this thread and couldn’t find anything pertaining to how the skinny’s handle under heavy load I’m hoping i didn’t miss something in the last 1/4 I just can’t scroll anymore. I’m currently running falken wildpeaks ATs 265/75/16 load range E on 8” wide rims and love them, they’ve preformed amazingly on a 12,000km trip up to Alaska from Vancouver BC and back loaded with a heavy import sized camper. Now that i’m lifted and have a cmc i’m looking at upgrading to a 33 MT for the summer months. Im in between 255s KM3s and 285s Wildpeak MTs. I’m leaning more towards the KM3 255/85/16 but am a little weary of how they will handle with 1200lbs of weight. Looking for any input on the matter if there’s added benefits to running the 285s versus the 255s in this situation. They’ll be going on the same 8” rim i have currently.

They will handle the weight fine. Load rating is load rating. Don’t forget most 255 tires are designed for dually applications. It would be difficult to exceed the rating on a light truck like the taco.
