Nope I put the stock black ones back on. I just couldn't make myself trust the hub adapters and Dexter said they don't make a replacement hub in the Tacoma lug pattern. I did jump to 235/75/15's which raised it up just about level with the truck and a drop hitch.

Little bitch has like 20" ground clearance

I did a bunch of looking last year it seems my best bet will be the Timbren axeless suspension but $$$$

ya i feel you on that im just gonna run the ones i got for now. i do know the bolt pattern for my trailer is the same as some old ford wheels so maybe ill find one of those to get a wider tire

It's a work in progress. I dropped the frame(07 AC) off last weekend to have the tongue welded up. I wanted a matching camp trailer

It's a balancing act for me. I can't go too high with the camper as I don't want the COG too high and I don't want the kitchen pull out too high. It would be a pain in the ass if the kitchen was at chest level. everythiing works well now I'm just going to make a soild effort to use it more.

You can see the kitchen drawer pulled out in this pic on the rear of the camper/ trailer whatever you want to call it

Little buddy pic just case I want to

You hit the key there. You love it. I think alot of folks forget that's the most important part. Find what is right for you and enjoy it.

For now I have the same hub adapters, but feel like they aren’t as strong as the axle hub would be. I hope I can get an axle with the right pattern.

Well I guess a less exspensive alternative might be leaf springs and a different axel with shocks. The Timbren would be less work but way more exspensive. It all works fine for now

Matt linked me this site. It's been the cheapest I could find on axles. Might be worth a call.

and here we have a update with my m100 and a bit of a history lesson.

something i didnt know was the tongue on these trailers was designed to be bolt and unbolted off the trailer for easy stacking while in transport so if you look closely to the side rails you will see the holes.

kinda neat and something i didnt know about until i dropped it off and the friend replacing the tongue called me and told me

For those of you that built a trailer, what height do you have the RTT at and do you like it or would you prefer higher or lower? Working on a trailer build now.
