Went to Hopmonk Brewery in Novato, Saturday. Tried my first glass of Pliney the Elder. Meh. I preferred their amber ale. way better. You guys can have all the IPA's, and double IPA's and whatever IPA shit is out there. I'll take a nice amber, any day. Or a stout.

 

I've only heard of Floribama area, as well. But checking out the map, the coastal area where Floriday meets Alabama is the Floribama area as I know it.





Where the northern panhandle of Florida then meets the southern border of Alabama is called Florala. Or is that the name of a town in Alabama?

 

Well, t-minus five minutes until I have 3 hours of meetings..............

Eh, I have a front and rear ARB locker awaiting install and I still can't believe how much they were even after that video.

 

Sitting here at Alice’s Restaurant having breakfast and some coffee. Trying to decide what’s next.

 

When I lived in Arkansas people called most of the gulf coast the Redneck Riviera. Everyone would head down there for beach time.

I camped at St Joseph's state park the 1st time I went there. I'm from the northeast. At first sight of the sand dunes my brain said snow even though it was in the 80's. The sand is so white and fine. It's beautiful and everyone I've run into have been friendly.

I think I've been to the Florida part of the Gulf coast 4 or 5 times and have driven from FL to New Orleans twice. Lots of good food along the way and some cool roadside attractions.
