    Hurricanes don’t scare me. :)

Gulf side is where I lived. I lived in the Tampa area. We’ve looked at Pensacola also.

Looks like I need to try them. Home today so for lunch I made a bagel with jalapeño cream cheese, 3 pieces of think cut hickory smoked bacon and to top it off hash browns on it. Yup I did it. Taters in my sammich. Now I’m all fat and happy. :)

Morning nap, then prep for returning to the mountain tomorrow. Need to find replacement tire for my 6x6; it's out at the cabin on the spare now.

    Nope

We have one now, in Wasilla, but none in Anchorage.o_O
I have no desire to try it; even less so after your two glowing reviews. I have a hard enough time keeping my system right, without throwing that curveball at it.

I always judge my ethnic type restaurants by who’s in it. If it’s filled with hipster white people I’m out. I want good authentic food not fry fry bullshit food that’s stupid priced.

All natural disasters scare the Fawk outta me. Not living in Kansas, or Cali either. Every once and a while a hurricane slips up the coast and we get hit, but not very often.

We flew into Tampa and drove down. It was very nice. The road surfaces seemed a little rough in places which was odd for me. Lot's of dried palm fronds on the sides of the roads are to be expected. We liked the Sarasota area too.

Key West is on our bucket list.

Sarasota is nice. One of my good friends lived down there. He’s in Oregon now. Cali is a nope on many fronts for me. Thinking about doing a Key West run when we go visit this year.
