I had 15x8 at 3.75BS. The important part is that you have some clearance (literally just enough to turn the fucker without it scraping the caliper) when the wheel is torqued on using all lugs. But because they're punched steel wheels they're gonna flex when turning, so the first few times you might notice a noise and maybe a clean spot on the caliper. That's all I was saying is normal. They didn't touch anything important on mine, I'd be worried if they ground out the brace vane or the fluid pass through, but mine scrubbed the useless inner part lightly.

I got you, yeah there is enough room for a piece of cardboard between the wheel and caliper and it turns fine so I won't worry about that

Instead of welding the beadlock to the outer lip I am thinking about cutting the lip off so I can make the total width 17x9

Nope. Don't play that game, wheels chocked, jack stands if necessary. Lost someone that way.

I like their wheels too, I miss my F5s sometimes. But I don't think I need to go with expensive wheels anymore. I chewed up my F5s pretty bad

I thought about converting these 4runner wheels to beadlocks but I don't want to keep running spacers because they're annoying

    Stock again- rip slug
I've heard from 5 lug guys they can also "freeze" onto ur vehicle with off-roading and mudding long enough. Any validity to this in your experience?
