    New battery and radiator hoses.

Old battery was getting weak and leaking and Napa's AGM 34R was cheap so I went with that. Had to rig up a piece of wood under the hold downs to hold the smaller battery.

Old OEM radiator hoses were getting nasty and the lower one was feeling soft. I replaced with Gates hoses purchased from Amazon. The lower clamp on the lower hose was a bitch and I had to cut it off with a dremel. If it was a metal radiator, I probably wouldn't have been as gentle with it.

Those look great on there....close to body color, sorta and lip ties in with badges, bumper and grill maybe? can't see that. The black version of those have always been tempting to me for mine.

Thanks. I finally had something worth posting!

Thank you! Yes, they are pretty close to the MGM color. Grill surround is also chrome. I was considering the black but happy with my decision.

im gonna make a cover for the hole in a day or so, but needed to get my truck from my house to the shop so this works for now, also the smaller hole was already there so I just matched it into the bellhousing, time will tell if it cracks or anything.... but if it does I will just add structural bracing to it so...lol

Left work early today and was bored so i swapped my grille in a snow storm from this (it doesn't look that bad just really icy) [IMG] [IMG] [IMG]

    to this:

    [IMG] [IMG] [IMG]

Also ordered the custom car grills insert that should be here by the weekend. Going to cut out the middle section and swap it with the new insert and install Raptor style lights.

Edit: does anyone know how to embed these images so they'll be a smaller size? Sorry lol

Double edit: looks like from now on I'll be resizing these uploading to imgur

Was curious if adding some butyl sound mat under the hood would help much..I noted reduced vibes coming through to the truck under 2k RPM and it felt smoother on a steep, first gear hill climb.

@At The Helm makes a solid product. If anything it provides more tie down options and a beverage opener.

I was thinking this was a good idea but worried about it being to hot for butyl under the hood. Interested in knowing how it works for you. Thanks
