Wow there are a lot of pet parents here

    Thank you so much

We finally got a little sleep finally!!!
Day 3 since the vet, still in so much pain when I get him up to go outside, but hes walking on his own in short bursts so we will take that as a win.

This was an accidental litter, rotty mix.
    We homed them all.
When I took the first person over for pick of the litter this big moose of a roly poly puppy came tumbling out of the puppy pile and climbed on my foot & up my leg.

Well, if this ones a male, I guess Im taking one too lol

I had just lost my 12yr old wolf dog recently and max was getting up there...

    Puppy Underfoot!!

A family member took a girl.
    They were inseperable!
The only time they were quiet on playdates that would last days was when they finally wore each other out.

Thank you for the reminder on the motrin, headed to the store for regular aspirin for when the vet meds run out.

All I have atm is advil and acetaminophen and the vet meds.
Time to restock the ol dog med cabinet again I guess.

Dont know if youve ever tried cosequin but ive used it on all my older dogs and I swear by it.
The vet just gave cody the upgraded version...
Not sold on the newer stuff yet. You know how it is when you have something you know that works.

    The Motrin is for you!

I tried rollerblading with my lab once. She took me for a drag. Never again.

    10------4!!

As someone who usually has 2 big dogs at the same time and is getting up there in age myself, a well stocked medicine cabinet for peoples is a must have too.

Melonwah and labby suckerpunch hit me from behind a couple weeks ago and I went down hard.
Tackled me like a couple linebackers they did!

Theres just no stopping that big dog freight train when they get momentum up.

I dont heal as fast as I used to

I used to have an Akita (aptly named Roughneck or "Ruffy" for short) who was 140 pounds dry (300 wet). We were roughhousing. Skulls collided with an audible thunk.

    I took a little nap.

Woke up to the big oaf leaning against me with his head on my hand.

Mishka...if she doesn’t have BALL! in her mouth, she’s thinking about it. This was her at 10 o’clock last night when she was told no more catch/fetch for the day. Went to her spot and self entertained with BALL! Love this kid!

We have a double bungee leash. I would take a picture of it, but there will be hell to pay to touch the leash without a walk to follow! It works really well. two Beagles going different directions on a scent, and it un-tangles itself!

All right, a contest. I submit Snickers because her coloring reminds me of a Snickerdoodle cookie.
