    Nice, think my workout routine hasn't helped me loose but gain muscle lol. Cut back on the carbs last week and added more cardio though. Hoping to be down 8 lbs next week. Going to weigh myself Monday.

    Get an InBody scan weighing doesn't really tell you the whole story.

    I'm still down 45 pounds. I've hit a plateau for months. I would like to lose 20-25 pounds more.

    I stopped getting my InBody scan, because the guy that does them at my gym is a fucking asshole and fat asshole at that. I don't need a fat asshole to start lecturing me on how I need to eat more protein and cut back on carbs. The last time I went in I shut him down really quick. I got my scan and bounced.

    I'm happy with my progress at this point and don't need someone killing my vibe telling me what I already know.

    I love carbs, they're fucking yummy OK
