Eh I grew up with one brother who is 7'1' lol I know what it's like to feel small even at 6'4". Everywhere I go people call me giant or "big man" but growing up I was the point guard of the house, so I always see myself as tiny.

    What does he drive?
    What is his shoe size?
Does he have to have custom clothes?
Do women have to climb him like a tree?

I’m the opposite. Only 5’9 but my mom, sister, and wife are all 5’1. We had dinner together last night and it was one of the few times I felt big

I'm not kidding man, I have like body dysmorphia over it lol my dad and two brothers were always larger than me till I was like 16. Now I'm the second tallest and outweigh them all, but I still feel like a 5'10" skinny kid lol

My school made me play center when I played ball and I always argued I should be a guard cause I "felt" small even though I was dunking on other kids. Even now I see myself as a small person until I see a pic of myself next to someone else that I view as larger than me.

I like my height. Wouldn’t change it for anything. For the sports I like its ideal and finding clothing isn’t difficult.

For instance. These are the guys in the last super heavyweight comp that I won. Untill I saw this pic I thought I was 6in shorter than them all lol they were all at least 30lbs heavier than me and I weighed in at 310lb in clothes and shoes lol

Guy to the left in the pic was 6'1-6'2" and 348lb. The guy all the way to the right was 6'0' and 366lb lol they looked massive.

Started doing rack pulls a few months back and have to say they are one of, if not The, favorite exercise I do. It would definitely be a top contender in the "If you could only do one exercise" category. :)

Fun listening to all this on height.

I'm 6'1" and the second tallest in my family, including relatives. Brother's got me beat by an inch or two and 20+ lbs. I like my height, not quite tall, not short.

So I used to assume that my fitbit was overestimating my TDEE since it is usually showed me in the 3300 range. I am thinking it might not have been so off.

I started weighing myself daily (same time and ummmm hydration relief status lol) back in mid January so I could start tracking weekly averages. I went ahead and backfilled chronometer with weight and nutrition data for the last 4 weeks so I could compare some things.

I have averaged an intake of about 2950 calories per day for the past 4 weeks. Protein has been between 185 and 200 grams per day. I definitely look more muscular (especially in my core) than I did a month ago. However, I have actually lost another 3.8 pounds on the scale. That works out to a daily deficit of around 475 calories. 475+2950= 3425

My fitbit may have actually been pretty accurate. I am confident in my caloric measurements. I prepare +90% of what I eat on my own and use a scale for pretty much everything.

On to the obvious thing. I need to train harder and lift heavier weights. I have still been stuck substituting dumbbells (max of 50 pounds) and then resistance bands for everything for the past month. I have been all bodyweight and dumbbells since July.

That is all about to change though. I am so excited. I have been selling things and saving every penny to get a barbell, rack, plates, and everything for my home setup. Sunday is my birthday so I should be able to afford everything after that. I should have everything ordered and installed by the 3rd week of March. I finish up with AX-1 on the 31st and then it is on to starting strength so I can gain a good base of strength and confidence with the major compound lifts. Very excited for the next few months.

I also plan to switch my workouts to evenings on the heavy lifting days. That way I don't have to rush anything trying to make it to work on time.
