I see the facebook group that is looking in here right now. Yes, I made those spacers. I am not a member of the group (so I cannot comment yet) but I just joined.

I tagged you in my post on the 10th, hadn't heard from you and removed you from the list. You can get back on it, just PM me the spacers you would like, PayPal (or venmo) info, postal code. I will take care of the rest.

Products are still pending production, will begin making them as soon as I finish a couple of other projects over the next few days. Every sent invoice shows estimated ship date, currently it is 3/6.

Am curious as to what it was that made you decide to go up to 1.5" on the passenger side. Was it the general height of the passenger? Just the angle of spine position? Was it enough to make them feel like a standard truck seat rather than a go-kart?

The spacers were originally designed for my wife. I was (and am) all day comfortable, but she couldn't deal with the Taco for even a few miles. I started with 1.0in round spaces that got her comfortable for short trips. I hated the look of plain, round blocks and shaped them to match the trim. Rick's machining looks way better than my hack at it. Then, she made some comments that a bit more height would be needed.

@7r41lbr34k3r got me the 1.5in ones, and my wife has been comfortable for long drives with no complaints other than body roll in corners. :D

I have been over there with both the 1.0in and 1.5in spacers. I can easily feel the difference and have no issue with my head touching the headliner.

I'm 6ft with a long torso (31in inseam). My wife is 5ft 6in and has no issues either. Personally, I like the low cab and low seat heights. We both like the seat back to be upright. Getting in to SUVs and CUVs with tall seats annoy me.

That is the great thing about the spacers, we get choices.

To figure out what size you need, stack some washers back there temporarily then order up the height that works for you. I would not recommend keeping or using washers as a permanent solution. You want a wide base to keep prying out of the equation.

@7r41lbr34k3r Guess this would probably help, can you make that one pair of V1s at 1" with a set of .5"?

I'm thinking about it. Now that I have an etsy shop set up, it is not as much of a problem getting stuck with excess raw material if I order more aluminum.

Maybe I'll risk another round of V1 to see what happens. Almost lost $ last time around, which is why I am hesitant to continue them.

Gotcha, no worries. I'm not in any real rush, but I'll keep an eye out on this thread to see what you end up deciding. Just to clarify, is the the only difference between V1/V2 the color..?

I apologize but what’s the point of these spacers? This is my first time hearing about them. Thanks.

They raise the rear of the seat to adjust height and seating position since there's no adjustment on 2016 - 2019 trucks. These are great because they contour to the factory seat brackets, giving a much cleaner look. I have 1" blocks now and they look like s**t, but they get the job done. I ordered these because they give a factory finish look and are probably much safer than my current setup.

Like @choose for me said, if you find the seats uncomfortable, these are an easy way to adjust the height and angle of the seat bottom. For me, I am extremely comfortable stock, but my wife hated the seat and was uncomfortable for even short drives.

I have only used half inch increments, but each half inch can be felt and there is a big difference between the driver (stock) and passenger (spacers) sides. I am comfortable in either seat.

I made some round ones and while they did the job, they looked really bad. @7r41lbr34k3r 's machined versions look absolutely killer. You can see my V1s in the 3rd pic of the 1st Post. The V2s are the cat's meow.
