Does anyone know if there was any sort of TSB for this? My 2020 is doing it and I know as soon as I bring it in that it won’t make the sound.

I dont believe so, but honestly, i called my dealer to make an appointment to have it looked it, but seeing that a replacement motor is only 40 bucks OEM, i cancelled my appointment just now, ordered the part and will just wait until spring to swap it out. It's not worth the hours they just told me its gonna have to sit for them to diagnose, and even potentially "charge me a diagnostic fee" if its something not covered under warranty like a leaf or some bullshit

Do you have any pics of what screws to take out ? I just took the cabin air filter out and some acorns fell in the fan and I can't get them out - not enough room for my hand. Thanks for any reply.

Just take a look under the dash. There is a circular assembly with an electrical connection to it. That's your blower. There are 3 screws around the perimeter of it. 8mm, if I recall correctly.

Took the three screws out with 7/32 socket. Fan didn't come out. Watched a few videos on youtube and there fans just dropped out - mind didn't - tried to wiggle it - it didn't wiggle - took the cabin air filter out and pushed on the fan from the top - nothing - didn't want to break it but it doesn't move at all - OK pried it out with a knife - thought I'd post in case it helps someone.
