I have a worm drive gear box that I drive with a cordless drill. No wiring headaches to deal with.

 

I must have it easy. My wife loves truck mods and we only have battles if I choose to start them.
It usually goes something like this: I find/buy something then bring it home and tell her hey look what I got > she gets mad because I didn't include her > she gets happy because she thinks it's just as cool as I do > All is well.

 

Well, in her defense, the rack is pretty utilitarian. I can see her side.

Have known some of those. We saw one do it in a restaurant. Was surprised when what I assumed was the parents did cave cave in to princess nightmare.

We went to a family dinner at a resturant, her folks told her something about adulting she didn't like, she got upset started demanding they "take it back". They said no because it was a fact and she would have to learn someday. She follows up by standing up, screaming and crying for them to apologize. I quietly excused myself to the men's room to keep from slapping the shit out of her.
