It's less Tacoma and more mod
The knob is for lumbar adjustment, I have fixed back buckets no reclining or folding functions here. I chose the angle most similar to how my stock seat was most comfortable (heh it wasn't ever comfortable but you get what I mean) and went from there. They make folding/reclining seats though, I just have the lumbar and forward/backwards sliders. I don't put a lot of huge stuff back there, even when camping it's just he place for my sleeping bag to hang out, my coats, and maybe a snack or two.

AGM batteries last longer if they are kept fully charged. I recommend investing in a quality battery charger with an "AGM Mode" to keep the battery topped off.

Gotcha. Sounds like it should work well for your purpose. I'm adjusting my seat too much on and offroad to have one that's fixed.

For the longest time that's what kept me from going fixed back, but it turns out if you're truly comfortable, you really don't need to futz around with the angle. I added the lumbar because I have a weirdly curved spine but I've adjusted it once, I found where it needed to be an haven't touched it since.

What is the plan suspension/ride height wise? Keeping her stock?

    Just 3 tons of fun!!!

You are absolutely correct. Either battery choice would have been fine.

As with all AGM batteries it's just important to have a well functioning charging system. They are just more sensetive to not being fully charged.

Even in the event that you do get a winch. Either battery should be good to go.

    Glad you approve!

I wanted to get my wheels and tires on there prior to determining my drop. Now that I see how it looks and how much clearance I have, I am thinking somewhere roughly around 2.5" in the front and maybe 3.75" in the rear. I need to measure a bit more, and will also consult the pro's to help decide exactly where I want it.

The plan to achieve my desired drop is by going with nearby local legend, Deaver Spring. I will have them custom build coils to my drop and spring rate (maybe 40% above stock or so) specs for the front, and have them re-arch the rear leafs.

Not your cookie cutter Tacoma World build I got going I suppose! :alien: :D

Those are great tires too. I had a set on my old street BMW and I thoroughly enjoyed my time with them.

I believe the chrome looks great on the silver paint.. however I scooped up basically an original Lunar Mist Metallic SR5 color keyed package for ultra cheap at the yard the other day!

I always liked the mono chromatic look of the sport trucks when they came out decades ago, remember I am old..

Wondering how this will look myself, they got a couple dings and chips, but that matches my truck and just adds character!

Found another corner lamp without the heinous crack already too..

Thanks brother, cheering it on is all the help I need!! No one builds these little trucks anymore, and no one ever built one the way I am!

@mjbtaco is one bad a** truck though, no doubt...

Stay tuned for more fun to come..
