A good driveline shop can usually figure this stuff out.
Be prepared to pay a good bit for it. As it takes skill and knowledge to “perfect” a driveline.
It’s not something a lot of shops specialize in. That’s why it cost a little more.

Since you have a 2013, your likely not in warranty unless you are extended?
I’d pay a little more once, and forget the 2x 3x back to the “other” shops.

If you spent $1000 to have it “fixed”
And it’s not fixed, take it back.

As for the rest of your question. @whatstcp had good suggestions.
I’d mention those things to them, maybe it will help them figure it out sooner.

You spent $1,000 on a 2 piece driveshaft???? Custom built all aluminum 4" one piece only cost me $900.

    Water under the bridge....

My guess is that you have OEM leaf springs and they are getting weak. On acceleration the front half of the spring is warping because of axle wrap. Put a GoPro underneath recording the front of the leaf spring between where it attaches to the frame and the axle on the driver side. From dead stop, floor it, bet the leafs warp into an 'S'.

And the pinion angle goes way up.

Take back to the dealer tell them to put the old drive shaft back and refund your money and take it to driveline specialty shop.

I agree axle wrap is most likely to blame, for one reason or another..

My driveshaft was replaced under warranty as well for the inner core being loose. They then replaced the transfer case mount under warranty. Didn't fix the vibrations. I put washers under the carrier bearing to make the truck drivable. My rear leaf springs were flat or negative and were unable to carry even a small load without squatting. I replace the front and rear suspension with 2018 3rd gen Off Road suspension and the vibration isn't gone but it is much better and the truck rides way better!
