    While we don't have too many "bad drivers" there are alot of slow and clueless drivers around here. I see the same idiots on my way home every morning and try and get out of work as fast as I can to get ahead of them. Coming up on the rotary I see them go my direction and know it's going to be a long ride home...

    Especially interesting to get somebody who's never been to my town and is scared shitless going up and down the mountain and is driving it at 20mph. Then you got the semi drivers that have no clue either. I almost got clobbered from behind the other day because one truck driver proceeded to stop in the middle of going down the mountain.

    Same here if I don't leave at a certain time I always get stuck behind this one guy he literally does 25 in a 45. For a solid 15miles on a single lane road. Or like this morning lady to busy playing on her iPad instead of just driving. Just aggravating

    I'm sure it's a toss up. Last time I was in pa I noticed when in the left lane on on i80 pa peeps move out the way when coming up close to them. As soon as I crossed into jersey nobody moves out of the way. They hug the fast lane driving slow af. But then again I'm not in pa so you could be right

    This is my experience between PA and NJ drivers. Although I'm rarely on 76, and drive 80 at least 3 times a week.

    Pittsburgh is a whole different ball game though. No one adheres to the rules of the road, and everyone is more important than you. Add that to the worst lay out of a metro area road wise, and you have quite the frustrating atmosphere to drive in. I still enjoy my time in the big cities though, just couldn't live there and deal with that shit on the daily.

    But @HomerTaco is right, plating it is highly optional.

    You literally just cut off everything you can reach with the angle grinder and call it a day.
