    Santelli just had a good segment on CNBC and brought up a great point about people hollering about a rate cut. Where were these people at calling for rates to be raised when the market was rocketing up? A bunch of other good talking points and sanity in there.

    I hope they cut rates because I've had my house purchase price locked in since last summer and they've cut rates twice since then lol. Means I'll have a house for less than they would be pricing it now due to the lower rates.. and my payments will be lower :rofl:

    I'm pretty sane when it comes to money, but I told my wife if they go negative interest rates I'm keeping our money in the house. These theiving bastards steal enough of it already!!

    ^ Tried to quote post above but it didn't work.
    No worries as long as my dividends don't get cut. Most (if not all) of what I own either raised or sustained their dividends through the 2008 recession.

    If they cut, well, I'll be investing in ammo and food because it would have to get very bad for that to happen.
