Rack pull day was not great today; was off last weeks highest by a bit and then my whole lower body ached for like 3 hours lol. Post workout I realized I am inadvertently dropping weight which might be it. Some days you are a beast, some days the weights are.

Last night was only my second gym trip of the week, worked almost 10 hours of OT Sunday before starting my regular 4 10’s schedule Monday and even though I was in bed by 22:00 or earlier each night I just felt tired all week.
Tuesday night I did some weights and cardio, last night was just treadmill, 1.91 miles in 30:00, the first 1.5 was half 3.0 and the other half 5.4 and then a 1 minute sprint at 7.0 before cool down.

Also showed dad around the gym last night, he flew in from Cali earlier this week and wanted to get into the gym.

You need to fix your taste buds. I had never heard of anyone saying they taste like soy sauce until you. And then like the next week at a brewery I heard someone say that too. You’re missing out on some deliciousness

It does have to do with taste buds in certain people.
I get much less soy taste on barrel aged porters or lagers. Its something very particular with aged stouts.

I keep trying BBA stuff to try to fix my palate so I don’t give up without trying!

You may enjoy a nice bourbon barrel aged stout

It's arms for me. Back/chest fits a M or even S. For long sleeves need L or XL. I wear short sleeves a lot.

I read an article about it and why some people taste soy sauce. I think I posted it in here for you a long while back when we first talked about it. It’s something with the oxidation I think, but I don’t remember completely.

Well because I don't PL or do Strongman, I pull from pins as I think it is more effective, generally for what I am after. You can go heavier and not have to worry about set-up as much which leaves you more free to pull in multiples for heavy stuff rather than triples and lower. That said, they kick the snot out of your CNS so at this age while I do them every week, I use non-linear periodization to not be destroyed all the time lol.

Imagine being a woman who motorcycles, a lot of stores dont have womens items on hand or theyre super limited in sizes/brands/choices. Check out motorcyclegear.com they have a sizing guide based on a couple of manikins that are different sizes and have a ton of pics of the items. I ended up buying my jacket from them. Actually i bought 3 and returned 2 and kept the one that fit. They were super easy to work with too.

EDIT: I have an extremely long torso with broad shoulders and regular leg length and wingspan shorter than my height. The long torso as a woman makes finding regular clothing tough and motorcycle gear even tougher. Especially when you are a bit more broad in the shoulder and longer in the torso than the average woman.

Yeah, i like burgers, a lot. so yeah, you right, I need to test my resolve. and see if I feel any different after a while without it.
