Yay I just got mine about 3 hours ago. Thanks again Matt. Should I get my ECU updated by the dealer before I do the OVTune? I haven't been to a dealer in almost 2 years.

it's recommended to be on the latest factory calibration. you can skip the dealer and do it yourself if you want, a bunch of us have. instructions have been linked a bunch of times in the last few pages.

Out of curiosity, with the new transmission tables that allows the torque converter to unlock in more scenarios (which is great for daily driving), does that impact the ability to tow at all? I regularly tow a 2-snowmobile enclosed trailer, and am interested in trying the updated 2.0 tune. Don't want to cause issues with the transmission due to elevated temps, as nice as the better daily driving performance would be.

"Radar cruise of course will still function."

That is a very vague statement and does not answer if ACC will still disable the tune with 2.0 Final. The majority of my miles are put on utilizing ACC and on the highway.

If I am understanding this right, 2016 & 2017 do not have ACC and 2018, 2019, 2020>>> do have ACC (correct me if I got this wrong).

    Has this been addressed? https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads...lopment-thread.495735/page-2787#post-22543186

I was in for service this week, mentioned issues with shifting while driving up hill at altitude, and they flashed me from 04b02 to 04b04 no problems at all. Lost my 1.05 ovtune, but I noticed an immediate improvement in transmission response.
With ECT on, it felt like 1.05 used to, only even better.

Curious to see how 1.05 improves this further, but probably just going to wait for 2.0 to drop before I flash again though.

I own 2017 and it did not come with ACC. It has just about everything else though. It's pretty loaded.

The sensor-based safety systems, including ACC, were introduced in the 2018 model year.

Just to confirm, TSB 62-18 will bring my truck from 04A60 to 04A61, correct?

This is from TSB-0058-18, which does the same thing for different symptoms. But yeah, that'll do:

Just applied the TSB! Piece o' cake. At 04A61 now. I put 1.05 93 perf back on for now; I just wanted to be at the latest ECU for 2.0 final. I'm not really into testing, so just waiting now. :) I trust all of you and Mat.
