    Typical quicky "toe and go".

"It's in the green. Send it"

If the alignment cams aren't seized, they should have spent some time improving things. If the cams are seized it's gonna cost a a fair chunk of money to solve that.

The toe on the left rear changing makes me wonder if they bumped the alignment head to change the numbers..If you change the toe on the rear it changes the toe on the front (or atleast on a Hunter alignment rack). These trucks have a solid axle in the rear so there shouldn’t have been an adjustment there I would think. I’ve seen techs physically push on a rear alignment head to make the before seem worse then it was.

@Tah-koh-mah @Muddinfun Anyone chime in on these numbers? They said the passenger caster (2.9 in red) was as far as they could get it? What do these look like to you guys. I may run back there anyway b/c w/ the steering wheel straight, it'll drive/point slightly to the left.

Another toe and go. Those numbers suck. Did they say if the alignment cams are seized?

The right camber should not be in the negative and if the caster is different side to side, it should be less on the left than the right. 2.5-3.0 caster is great, but it needs to be set up right.

What you have going on there is the camber causing a pull to the left and the caster causing a pull to the right, so 1 cancels out the other.

This is why I don’t trust shops to do anything any more.

Thanks man...I'm going to wait with it Monday am and see what they say while I'm there. I'm sure it'll magically improve. I think they knew when I approached them about it.

Go to a different shop that knows what they hell they are actually doing. Better yet take it to a shop that lets you stand there and watch the numbers and tell them when you're happy. The shop I take it to lets me walk right in and tell them if the numbers look good before they take my truck off the rack. Not a lot of shops allow it, but the ones that do are worth it!

I wish it was that easy to find one. We used to have a member on here that managed up at eTD tire in denville NJ but I’m pretty sure he’s been gone for a while now.
The other thing is, principle. They charged 110 for the alignment. If I can waste more of their time for wasting mine, at least it’s even. Unless they want to just refund me. I’d be ok with that too.

Yea those chain alignment shops like ETD, Firestone, Goodyear, Tires Plus, etc are all crap and overcharge you to do shit work. I go out of my way to find a local mom 'n pop shop that doesn't have to pay for all the overhead and that's easy to work with. It sucks that you've already paid them and now you're having to go back multiple times to get it done right. I don't have that kinda time and patience.
