    I currently have 23 plus 1 scorpion. But I'm putting in an order for another 10 species as soon as the spidersworld site opens up for spring shipping. :bananadance::bananadance:

    I'm still amazed that @Pinay started off with 2 expensive T's. :cheers:

    If any of you guys start adding more spiders to your collections we could start a breeding circuit if we have any of the same species.

    Same...and I'm only assuming my T is ready for a molt in the next few weeks because of how much darker it was compared to the other T that had just gone through one?

    Of course. It's usually pretty obvious when a male molts into maturity as they usually have spurs on their front legs and their pedipalps will have hooked bulbs on them.

    Usually the T's are darkest (for a dark colored species like yours) right after a molt and their color slowly fades as they get ready to molt again.

    Discolored spots or bald spots on the abdomen are another sign of pre-molt in addition to refusing food.

    Yeah I did notice a small round spot on it's abdomen when I got home with it...I was thinking "what the heck" but thought nothing of it.

    What's funny is, only a few friends know about my T. One of them has the password to my place (uses no key); they're going to walk in and be like WTF :rofl:

    @boogie3478

    Your L. Parahybana; what does it's poop look like?

    I usually look up the answers to my questions but I keep finding a lot of blurred photobucket pics online...

    This morning I looked once more for the cricket and I'm sure it was eaten; I can't tell since I have a tiny bit of moss I keep in there for maintaining humidity but I saw a small round bit of poop? Didn't look like moss?...

    Unless they poop right on the side of the enclosure you probably won't even see it. It sort of looks like a small bird poop but much less white.

    Question, other than feeding, what is there to watch a T in an enclosure?
