I am posting this because I haven't found any useful information regarding the subject.

Since probably the second week of buying my '19 pro brand new, I've noticed a rattle coming from both the Driver and Passenger side windows. I've been able to narrow it down to the rubber/plastic trim.

I've brought this to the attention of two dealerships in my area and have been told that "yeah.. that's a common thing and nothing can be done about it" bs. I find it hard to believe since every problem that is so "common" usually has a million threads addressing it.

Let me know if you also have this problem and if so, what/if you've done anything about it. I was thinking of removing the trim and applying a small bead of silicone, but have held off because the dealership said it would void any warranty if Toyota did come out with a TSB or replacement part in the future.

I have it on the driver's side, mine is in the top corner right by my ear.

Let me know if you find a fix, I haven't messed with mine yet, past diagnosing

Got the same thing going on with the driver window since I've had the truck. I roll down the window a little bit further and it goes away.

The passenger side speaker cover and pillar plastic is rubbing on mine and it does a combination of rattling and squeaky squeak. I just make the radio louder.

take the door panel off and have a look see. Might be something simple that can be fixed with foam tape

Not entirely the same issue, but I have mine happening the windows control panel plastic top trim piece... any little bit of bass in a song and it rattles... pisses me off. The dealership says "that's not covered. try turning down the radio." I told them that Slipknot does not accept that answer.

Same issue here in my 20' OR. If I even look at it while its rattling, it'll stop. lol. I'm thinking a thin piece of trim on the inside edge of the glass (inside the molding) will close the gap that is causing the rattle/noise.

Check the sail panels above the rear doors and covering the mirror bolts.

The clips that hold them are fragile and I found a that some of mine were missing from new

Find a different dealer, rattles & trim gaps are absolutely warrantable. Had the same issue fixed on mine under warranty - though i eventually had it fixed by two different dealerships (was better but not perfect first time)
