I had problems with my ribs when I did them in the pressure cooker. When I was trying to transfer them to the grill, all the bones fell out. Weirdest thing. Had a hard time getting the char I wanted because it ended up wanting to shred itself and become pulled pork.

How did you manage to keep that intact?

Used two sets of tongs with rubber ends instead of sharp metal. Had my pan with tin foil ready and real close. The broil process char’d them up real good

Did a sweet potato biscuit fail and nail just finished recording... Its gonna be way out though I already have a good bit lined up.
Too much milk/not enough flour and under worked on the left... Perfection on the right... Well as close to perfection a 2nd ever batch of sweet potato biscuits can be

I cooked a 5 lbs bag of potatoes in the crock pot today with a few cloves of garlic and about a 2 lb pork loin... Gravy will go on a little closer to supper time... That's a lot of taters

I mix a packet of ranch dip mix (or the equivalent of my home made ranch seasoning) into sour cream and use that instead of milk and butter for my mashed potatoes!

I did milk, mayo, butter salt and pepper. They had fresh garlic and whatever that pork loin came seasoned in (my wife picked it up, they were on sale like $1.99 a pound or something) they are pretty delicious I'm sure a good bit of the juices that renderer down made it into the bottom layer of potatoes... I just gotta fihure out what to do with the leftovers cuz I'm sure there will be plenty Ha Ha

My version of a KFC bowl for a quick after work dinner. Mashed potatoes with my ranch seasoning in them topped with corn that was heated up with some leftover bacon pieces, topped with some frozen chicken nuggets that I cooked in the air fryer after coating them in Frank's Buffalo Sauce and all that was topped with some finely shredded cheese and lastly.. some gravy to bring it all together.

It was awesome. The crust on the tuna was just a little peppery but along side that salad it balanced great... I wish my gravy was a little thicker but I needed enough for 7 lbs of mashed potatoes so I used a lot of broth haha
