I own a 2010 Tacoma Double Cab and was wondering if anyone knows where i can buy a lighted (Blue LED) Toyota Emblem for my truck? I have seen them for cars but never a truck.

Or trim away behind the emblem and around it then run some kind of led setup... For a ghost look. I don't like the look personally but its very possible

Are you talking about the Prius emblem that has the blue outline? If so, its not lighted, just a painted background so it looks like it's backlit.

I want my truck to be sharp in appearance and get attention from someone saying, "That's a nice-looking rig!"
Not so sure you'd have those kind of responses with a lighted emblem, but it is your truck and you're entitled to do with it what you like.
(although I'd recommend you stay away from the Roman Candle launchers in the bed, chrome reverse muffler bearings, the fuel-injected ashtray, and the human-hair roof!)
