I installed PIAA bulbs a few years back. The other day I noticed both bulbs were out. All of the other lighting systems worked as they should. I pulled the PIAA bulbs out and filaments in both showed bulbs showed no visible signs of breakage. I installed my spare bulbs and to my surprise both operate properly.

Not uncommon to have simultaneous bulb failure. for replacement H11s I'd suggest GE Xenon +120s as the best option, or GE Megalight +130s as not far behind.

It could be an electrical issue if its not the bulb itself that is burnt out
