Congratulations on your new Taco

 

Based on some other pics I'd seen, I was all set to swap it to a 2018-2019 grille as soon as my truck arrived. But now seeing this pic.... I dunno now.
It's growing on me.

In other pics, the grille and the MGM look like they're the same color and there's no contrast. But here, the grille looks almost black and stands out against the MGM.

Same boat, it's really growing on me.... I have been looking at changing it out but I really like it the more I have it.

 

Did you put the vinyl decals on your wheels?

 

Indeed I did, but not very happy thou, I love how they look but winter it's beating that vinyl, I put em on Oct and I think by summer they'll have to come off, they are too brittle and breaking everywhere.

 

That's nuts! I'm glad I didn't go that route.

 

Put some new wheels and tires on yesterday

 

What size are those?

 

Wheels are 18x9 -12 offset
Tires are 265/65 R18

 

Did you paint the headlight filler plate?

 

Eliminated some more chrome today...

 

Looks good, you need to upgrade your fogs next.

I went on a snow adventure a couple of weeks ago in the North Georgia Mountains. The stock Firestone Destination LE2 245/75/R16 did surprisingly well.

I upgraded to bigger better Falken Wildpeaks at3w 265/75R16 afterwards. Gained a surprisingly 1.25 inches in lift.
