When my Wife was an engineer for at&t, Coke world headquarters got behind on the phone bill. So She was instructed to turn off the phones. Coke had the money paid up in about 45 min. Coke's phone bill for the whole world was an average of $750,000 a month. that was in the mid 1980's

 

Dam that’s a lot.

 

She also had the privilege one time of turning off the phones in the west wing of the White House for non payment.
