I had a real bad stomach bug last year.

The BRAT diet was recommended and worked great. Brat (bananas, rice, applesauce, toast). All easy to hold down.

 

I was reading that yesterday when I was trying to figure out what was wrong with me . It work good for you?

 

Yep. I couldn't hold down anything. Coming out all ends haha.

I ate toast with banana slices, apple sauce and pedialyte. Did that for 2 days and bam.
