I know a mobtown will, and probably most other quality rear bumpers that ditch any existing hitch and integrate their own.

Where did you find this pic again? Because that's not the factory bracket there. If you look closely, the two bolts that are parallel to the ground are not factory. Those look like grade 8 replacements. I can tell because of the tip of the bolt as well as the washer on there.

Not sure if there is an option for us when it comes to aftermarket bumpers with our configuration :(

Sure there is... as @EatSleepTacos said, you need one that ditches that Curt hitch and has an integrated hitch... ie. Mobtown, RCI, CBI... etc

Not sure if this helps, but pictures of a 19 with tow package, passenger side. My camper brackets are in the way, so I couldn't get a good pic.

Hopefully, I can clear things up. On all the trucks frames right there, there are the 3 threaded holes. There are also the two perpendicular threaded holes on the bottom of the frame.

Trucks with the factory tow hitch had an additional bracket. It's a simple 90-degree bracket that bolts into the two perpendicular holes.

    upload_2020-2-29_13-57-37.jpg

These two holes are the bottom two holes of the triangle you're seeing in the install instructions. This is the root cause of why their bumper will not work on your truck.

So when I said a mobtown bumper would work, it's because it ditches those factory 90 degree brackets and replaces it with a beefier alternative. Or those 90 degree brackets can always be purchased independently to work with any other bumper.

How can I be sure that it will not need to utilize the same triangular bolt configuration? That is my only concern. I bet they all do...

Which 90 degree brackets are you referring to?

My truck's configuration does not appear to have those two holes...look at my earlier photos. Sorry if I am just dull and can't understand what you are trying to get across.
