Technically according to the CDC healthy people should not be wearing the masks...only the sick people should. Somehow society got it backward lol. Tons of people out here walk around with them on

Wet install, when it's in place do a squeegee down the center then go out from the center to the edges

When you are peeling the backing off the vinyl spray peel the backing a couple inches, spray the soapy water mix onto the back of the vinyl too. That way if you drop it or accidentally swing it into something it won't stick

 

Definitely do both

Make sure the area around where you are going to install it is clean too. This stuff has a tendency to swing and hit random shit in the area you are actually trying to apply it to
