Everything is feeling pretty light! What used to be a PR is feeling like 75%. Enjoying this for sure.

Haven’t maxed in a long time either. I’m just basing off what you post and weights you’ve been using that I can also do at a substantially less body weight than you

 

I’m down for a workout anytime bud but you gotta do the axle and yoke and everything with me I’m just trying to put on some muscle so I have a good foundation for when I want to cut and not get tiny.

 

You're all lightweights with rookie numbers. Also basing your lifts off "bodyweight" is stupid. I just watched a 5'7" 210lb dude deadlift 705lbs.


Weight classes are for small people to feel strong.

See I haven’t back squatted or flat benched in a month. It’s literally never on my workout plan

Real goals talk would be to get up to like 210-215 for this comp and get as strong as I could. And then cut down to a solid 195-200 to compete in that class. But we gonna see

Last workout of the day was
200lb sandbag down and back. 100’ total and was the last set. Did 8 sets total.

 

Off topic, but I have been looking for a job because I am not sure how much longer I will have one due to some company finance issues.

6 interviews so far, 2 of which I talked them out of the role they seeked me out for and into a hire level role, lol. Interviewing for Region Director levels sucks, ngl. Yay travel.

NGL also, this is the most stressed I have ever been in my entire life.
