    I've been doing my research for months and waiting for my Tacoma unicorn to show up on the market for a reasonable price. I found it today- a black 2005 4x4 DCLB with only 94k miles on it. I'm looking forward to adding an aftermarket radio/backup camera, a matching cap, and roof racks.IMG_2620.jpg

    To my untrained eye it looks great. I crawled around under there and checked it out because I know that these are prone to that. On Monday I'll take it to the shop and have them give it a thorough once-over. I'm hoping there won't be any surprises. :fingerscrossed: It's been in TX its whole life so that likely helps.

    Sounds good. The Toyota frame inspection is done with a ball peen hammer banging all over to check for rust through. Texas should be good though.
