Awesome spot for the bass knob. I hate seeing people drilling into the middle of a panel to install one and it sticks out like a sore thumb or if you or someone removes it, you have a hole to deal with.

What door covering is that? I assume you still have the moisture barrier or did you remove it?

    Thanks @HAVOC !

it’s all from cascade audio engineering. This replaces the abbot barrier and then the outer door skin has their version of dynamat

The location of that bass knob would drive me crazy but too each their own. No offense meant. Really nice work you did there. Great job.

love the look! great job. did you upgrade the head unit also? what brackets did you use for the components and tweets and do you mind linking the products?
a question I have for others, when it comes to bass knobs, what do you all use to mark the knob level (if it doesn't come with a stock white line?) mine just had a groove in the bass knob and I got a very fine white paint pen and marked it but then started thinking about possibly a glow in the dark paint line to see at night bc i can't see it (have it to the left of steering wheel in a blank)

Thank you very much I did. I went with the Kenwood DMX 905S and a Metra dash kit. Nothing fancy there yet down the road I might flush it into the dash Bond do it and paint it but for now I’m just gonna leave it like this. And as far as the base knob Mark goes, I’ve never marked them before because usually I never look at it to see. Just go by feel
