What Have You Done To Your 3rd Gen Today?

Got most of my sleeping platform done today with the help of a buddy who is a carpenter. This pic is from before we rounded off the edges and cleaned it up some. Ran out of time before getting the carpet on. Really happy with how it came out though. It has 3 main section, and an extender for the tailgate, since I have a short bed. Gonna finish it up on Monday and hopefully buy a canopy if it works out. Will post more pics when it's all done.

 

Got the new eyes for the taco tonight!!! Can’t wait to see these things in action!

 

If you decide to tackle the brightness issue perhaps experiment with a few resistor sizes to tone them down a bit.

 

Made a shovel mount, got stuck, battle scarred my new F5’s.

Are those mirrors from the rav4?

 

yes the glass parts are from Rav4 or 4runner and they still have heated glass

 

Swapped out stock for the Pro tail lights. Pairs nicely with XBs.

 

I went with the Ultra's as well, how are you liking them?

Seriously, removing my fingerprint smudges was the hardest part.

 

Are the part numbers listed in the pictures at the top of the thread with the heater coils? Just want to make sure I don’t lose that if I swap over.

 

i would love to know how to tone them down. can you elaborate?

 

Removed Chrome Grill Bezel and replaced with OEM black bezel this morning. Looks better but not a complete match with grill finish.

 

Did the old somebody not paying attention hit me bumper relocation mod. Like to many before me.
