Your Iowa dirt tasted like road salt? Interesting... MIssouri dirt tastes like pond scum with an oil slick..... Anyone else?

    Affirmative
And do I ever dislike driving in the KC metro area
St Louis is so much better set up to get around!

KC metro is easy peasy driving. Much prefer it over most cities.

Dude! No! I missed the 635 from the 35 since 70 thru was shutdown and had to turn around on Metcalf and circle back to 635 to get out of town

i just don't like the left exits to go right

... still getting used to a similar set up in Council Bluffs if I am not in the 80 express lanes, its exit right to go straight over or end up in Sioux City lol
and 480 through downtown Omaha is a major cluster you better know which lane you need to be in before its too late and somebody cuts you off
the speed limit is 50mph for a reason through there

If you read the signs it tells you what lane to be in

    ...as does any navigation device...

missing a non-normal weird exit does NOT = lost
    imo anyways!
i know how it feels to be lost, in the days before gps/cell phones in a strange land
that felt nothing like that yesterday

that driver should not have stopped on the road to try to get their missed exit
i see it happen often enough, just keep on driving to the next exit, get off, and double back!
what other cities are worse than KC?

the KC metro area is a disaster planned imo, but it could be from the wacky rivers rolling through?
it stems back to the settlement of the city i read once
