Give me opinions! Got these 3 options in my price range at local bike shops for new. Please don’t recommend something else just tell me between these 3. Thanks!

The stumpjumper I can get for 2500 out the door the other 2 are the price listed but add tax on it.

Have you gotten to ride them? In my opinion there is nothing that sets each apart from the other. Components are almost identical. The Kona And Specialized have solid reputations. Idk much about the Norco fluid but I’m sure it’s solid too. I’d ride them and see what feels best. Even if it’s just in the parking lot. If that doesn’t help then I’d pick whichever color you like best haha.

I did ride the stumpjumper but the others weren’t available for riding. I loved the way it felt and the guy at the shop took me all around some stuff to get a great feel for it.

Good to see you took the budget up. You’ll be set for a while now. You guys ever make it over to Coldwater area? Been thinking of making the drive myself.

Oh man just finished up my first ride on this bike and all I can say is wow! I’m still out of shape so the uphill was still hard but way easier than with my other bike and then the downhill was an absolute blast. I plowed through things I never would have before and went faster than I ever have as well. What an awesome ride. Gotta keep riding to get in better shape and learn more techniques and hopefully one day start leaving the ground with both wheels.

Overall, not really. But it has some hairy stuff. It’s honestly got a great place for all skill levels. I just made a bad decision/line choice on a man made/natural feature.

The place has tons of mileage to be had and would be a great weekend camping/riding spot. Especially being right in Auburn, plenty of good food and entertainment when not riding.
