What Have You Done To Your 3rd Gen Today?

I assumed the higher end Taco's came with wires instead of cheap plastic strips.

 

I have 2019 TRD Sport and it has a plastic tether for the gas cap too.

 

ordered PVC Clazzio seat covers. these things are nice! they remind me of MBTEX in my old 2011 e350. i didnt get the leather because they are backorderd on them and due to port closures and things like that due to corona virus i decided to go with the PVC options. i am glad i did. as far as longevitiy - we will see. i did purchase a 3 year warranty on them from clazzio so that make me at ease. these things were a bitch to install...took me 4 hours by myself. i will take a better pictures later but on the back seat i unscrewed the plastic backing and then put the covers on. after the covers were on i reinstalled the plastic backing for a oem look and to also have a hard plastic shelf in the back as it was stock.

if you do get these be prepared to have sore fingers - and it would be much easier with 2 people!! the hardest part for me were the damn headrests and the j clips.. you need to fold the leather over itself before you clip it in.. a pain in the ass!!

 

Gave mine a much needed bath! Trying to keep a white vehicle clean in winter here in Winnipeg is the worst.

 

Just swapped out the factory mirror turn signals for the meso customs ultimate turn signals.

 

I have read that switching around one of the connectors fixes the issue you are having

 

Ah. Man, I thought about this for awhile (probably longer than I should). I'm assuming you mean cause now you can't really see shit out of your rear view mirror due to the spare on the swingout and a tent and a shower tank. I kinda have that probably too, but because my softopper is all solid panels (no rear window). I just flip the blinker on and start moving. Everyone else be damn

 

This was my first vehicle that came with BSM, Got a little used to it had it for about a year. But now about 80% of the time I'm in the bigger vehicle so must people here in Oregon let you in. Now with the Mobtown rear bumper it's even safer for my body panels .

Not braille. The 3 buttons for HVAC control have a function when you push them in.

 

Installed my new RTT

 

Installed OEM LED light for the bed, new husky liners for the front, waiting for my new Lomax tonneau cover, oem bed mat, and tailgate lock to arrive!

 

I’m not super impressed with the light output. But I still need to okay with aiming them better. I love the look but not sold on the output. I may sell mine before next winter.

 

Finally removed the front air dam.

 

Put the battery charger on mine today...

is that the XL? I have the XL and I have mine so the ladder comes off the back, I can sit on the tailgate and be covered by the tent tailgate cooking or a nice covered bench seat. It sticks out from the truck sides flush with the mirrors, but is even with back of bed rack. I wanted to try something different, plus the hanging off the back bothered me for some reason.

 

Installed a maxtrax mount i bought from member @supralee and installed the ESI tailgate seal to keep out some dust
