Right, I thought 18 was a weird choice too, not ideal for overlanding and they are fake anywho. The whole survey was asking how often you go off roading and overlanding and what accessories you would like to see.

They are testing the waters, they are not for sale yet and may never be, do you not read? It is an email from Toyota getting owner's opinions on what they may or may not buy, how often they off road, etc. I've got them for years now, some times its about features in the vehicle, once was entirely about steering wheel control setup, one time it was about hybrid options.

Again READ, that link is for the OEM 16'', this was for an 18'' option.

So a gen2 overland trailer would be sold on lots? And for the bead locks, they could just check their sales over the last several years. The storage bin is def not a Tacoma feature, might be Tundra, maybe there’s that.

Those are 16 inch ones, not 18 inch ones. And Toyota already does sell other brands stuff. Rigid being 1 example.

Again it is a survey to see if owner's would be interested, they are not the end product. This is not a hard concept to grasp.

Send them a note saying 17" would be a better/ more popular option.

I freaking did, the email link, its an email survey, some owner's get them on a regular basis, as I already told you. I'm trying to bite my tongue here but seriously dude.

Lol, no option for additional comments this time, just the somewhat likely, definitely likely, etc. response options.

Because they aren’t selling “new” gen2 stuff. That makes zero corporate sense.

You lashed out how real and true it was when I called bs and got all internet tough with your big swear words, which is why this has continued.

I don’t think they are real, you do. I can end it at that if you can.
