A quick google search using the address from the email reveals it is a market research company called Escalent that Toyota and other auto manufacturers use.

    https://escalent.co/industries/automotive-and-mobility/

Google some more and you'll see Avalon owners, Rav4 owners getting them even Ford Ranger owners (Ford is also a client).

Google some more and you'll see a few of their execs came from Toyota customer divisions.

I was just kidding broHampshire. I didn’t doubt the legitimacy. Toyota probably should have gone with a better company though, for reaching out. These guys aren’t that good.

I got ya man, I'm familar with you're TW language / post dilect. I was just throwing it in there for the certain someone of this thread. Agreed, mispelling and crappy photos, lol. I'm more pissed I've been doing this for years and no damn giftcard, lol.

If you look at my initial post, it was pretty measured. Then we both continually escalated from there on. Honesty, I thought it was a possible troll thread, which you took super personal and I could’ve handled my response to that better but didn’t.

We were both right on some level. It wasn’t from corporate Toyota so there are some random and old options with stock photos that are years old or just random. However it was from a “legitimate” survey company. The Amazon gift card rewards made it seem sketchy. In my opinion it still does, but that’s not your fault. So I’ll just squash my beef here...
