bilstein 6112 and 5160 +spindle lift

    I'm sure this has been discussed but my searches didn't give me a ton of info on my issue. So, hey all new to forum but I've been a mod junkie for years. I'm about to begin my build on my Tacoma Ive had new since 08. It's stock except for my 6 spoke TRD FJ rims. I bought dirt king uniball boxed uppers for a smoking deal and got the Bilstein 6112 and 5160 for a great deal too. My questions is the Maxtrac spindle with the Bilsteins at 1 click a good choice? I don't want a harsh ride since this will be a daily driver but I also want a "lift". Im looking for people with experience with having this setup. My original idea was to run 6112 at 4th clic but after realizing after it settles it wont be much different that stock height It might be a better idea to run the spindle. eventually I want to run stock length DK LCA, with extended 14" kings in the front and a some deavers/shackles in the rear with king reservoir shocks

    Bilstein 6112 & 5160's, SPC UCAs, TRD Pro grill, Cali Raised ditch lights, Pro Runner Cab Roof Rack, Demello Stealth Rock Sliders, SS brakes lines, Power Stop brake kit
    Running 6112's with 5160's and a 2" block in the rear to level it.... gave me almost a 3 " lift with max setting for pre-runner. Rides great, close to factory.

    where did you run your clip on the 5 notch shocks?

    where was the bottom of the coil on the body? 5th clip spot?

    Snap ring location #4.

    Instructions said it would raise 2.5”, but I got 3”.

    Major bro lean, did 2” blocks in rear. I love the stance... level

    If using a spindle lift with the bilsteins, you want too typically set the clip to 0.

    thats what I was going to do, but was trying to decided if i want to run new spindle and leave coilover at 1st notch or just lift with coilover at 5th or 4th notch

    Im not doubting that, I am leaning toward 4" spindle and leaving Bilstein at 1st notch.

    I added the 2” rear spacers to correct bro lean.

    Ride is same as factory at 4th notch.
