Sullivan’s island is nice. Water may be a little cold yet.

His insurance company confirmed that he was 100% at fault and cut me a check. I will clean up most of the damage on my own and just move on. The money was put into my savings to fund a trip I will be taking in April.

    Head unit. That's it.
Checked on Freddie this morning. Still a bit damp. Put him in the garage overnight with the windows down to help dry out. Unfortunately, it started raining around 11 pm and that just simply doesn't help.

Tonight I'll be checking it again and doing some wipe down of the rest of the interior. I'll also be picking up a propane torch to correct some of the plastics. (Scratches and blemishes)

I'm probably entirely too concerned about this moisture, but, I dont want any mold and mildew growing in the seat cushions. They did feel pretty dry, may toss a fan or two in as well.

I had a lot of stains resurface. My plan for that is to just deal with it until we get real spring/summer weather where I can confidently remove the plastic covers for the seat bracket bolts and soak them in PB B'laster. (I had a seat mount bolt snap on Tammy Tacoma one time when removing those seats to detail.) With it still being chilly, the plastic covers are a bit more brittle with their age. Waiting to warm em up naturally so I can remove them to get access to the bolts.

I'll get all the seating out and give it a more thorough scrub down with a bit more water to rehydrate the stains that are deep in the carpets. Removing the seats in the back shouldnt be too difficult either, and doing this will some warmer temps and the sunshine, I can make sure they dry out really well.

The fabrics did look quite a bit better and the fresh smell of the Chemical Guys interior cleaner is a welcome side effect as well.
