Working up to 1 rep at rpe9 on flat bench and then 105% for some reverse band singles as well. I train bench once every two weeks and during comp prep I don’t train it at all so nothing actually respectable.

Wait until i get into competition prep so I can video some interesting shit, day to day right now is boring.
So, previous years I’ve competed as a lightweight, 181 thru USS, this year I will be in the 220lb class, hoping with my long offseason and a good prep I can get close to first.

Axles almost kicked my ass today. Not where I was hoping to be but way better than I was a month ago. Got 205 up which is top competition weight and I still have 6 weeks to train so that’s still a good feeling on that lift.

this is the “fooook this is heavy” face.

Kalle’s request was “work up to a 2 rep max” which ended up being 195.

need to find more leg drive and get 225.

That’s the “why am I doing this? Why is it so heavy? It was supposed to be light” face. I wanted 225 but was nowhere near close

It's been several weeks since I've had a workout, but I will have some free time tonight and plan to get back into it. Nothing too crazy since it's been so long - heavy bag first to get the blood moving, then some body weight exercises. Looking forward to it!

Go for it! Make a plan, unambitious at first, and re-establish the habit. You got this!

Maybe we can motivate one another.
I've never had a gym membership (introverted and somewhat of a germophobe) so I do all of my exercises at home. For example, my basement has a big steel I-beam that spans from one wall to the other, and it's perfect for doing pull ups and chin ups. I also have my heavy bag hanging from it. I put my feet under the radiator in the living room to do sit ups. The stationary bicycle in the bedroom takes care of cardio.

I have a gym around the corner from my house. I'd have to use the bicycle machine. Since I cant run due to a bad injury when I was in my teens.

I have zero calf muscle in my right leg. Crazy how I went from running cross country in high school to not even being able to walk. Took me 3 years to learn how to walk again. So running is clearly out of the question

Sit-ups are a waste of time. What is your goal from doing this exercise?
