When I researched before loading almost every bent tailgate I found was buckled near the center. With the atv the weight is towards the ends of the bed so l hope less chance of buckling. I do plan on getting the reinforcement plate to be safe.

 

Got them welded on today. Custom made by the Ryan the local welder. I'm very happy. Just need to paint em.

Bought a rubber backed mat and cut it to fit over the new rear seat delete.





Ditching the rear console was a solid move. Gained more floor space without losing any storage space. Everything that was in the console is in the cubbies now.

Next up, ditch the rear seatbelts

Hacked the grill apart this weekend and installed the customcargrills.com insert.


First time using automotive goop and I can’t believe how long that stuff takes to dry. I went pretty heavy with it to make sure it held and so far so good. Don’t snag any photos of the actual insert piece going on but I got a few of the letters. Thank god for the girlfriend’s used candle shelf in the basement lol, they made perfect weights.
