Some lady backed into me in a parking lot. The damage is minor and superficial, but I got a insurance check for $670. Anyone have any sub $650 aftermarket rear bumper option? I'm not interested in hearing about the $200 'steel bumper' option, but looking to max out the insurance check if I do go with an aftermarket option.

I think your options are trail gear and body armor. Would personally hang on to that check until you get a little more scratch to drop on one that looks schaweet

There’s really no good “mid-tier” options, even the mid-tier $600 ones are pretty cheaply made. You either get the cheap Amazon bumper or big baller ARB/pelfreybilt/cbi bumper

You could always find a local fabricator to come up with something.
And I just double checked, Brute Force Fab makes one for $685 plus shipping.

Brute Force might be an option. I think I ran across them before I made this post.

Pretty spammy man. This takes this company/option completely off the table.

? Because I've posted too much on your thread? Or because I'm standing behind a product I personally have bought, own, and use? Sorry you feel that way.

I run SOS stuff myself (sliders & rear bumper) you asked how to get a bumper for $650, this gets you damn close. You asked our opinions, I hardly consider well informed suggestions spam.

I don't get it either. Oh well. If it were me, and I got a $670 check, I'd see what I could find for $800-1k.

OP wants a cheap ass bumper.

Interested in this as well. Will be looking at the SOS bumpers recommended. Are the cheap eBay/Amazon ones really that bad? Don’t plan on doing anything crazy with the truck, my rear bumper is starting to get rust in the corners though
