    This is the same clickbait dummy with actual video titles such as:

    "Here's why disconnecting you battery will destroy you car!!"
    "Only stupid people do this!!"
    "The 5 worst trucks only stupid people buy!!"

    Experience =/= knowledge

    Great, more Scotty Kilmer click bait. He's gotta be making an absolute fortune off the ads. I use Firefox with AdBlock Plus and don't see the ads on videos. I actually started a thread here about his antics: Scotty Kilmer

    That's just another classic click-bait tactic of his. Something big is always ending, with the usual 'Bye' thing with his finger pointing. It's been everything from oh, I'm being sued, to oh, they're shutting down my videos and oh, I'm closing my shop. All ends up being bullshit as he keeps just posting more videos and getting hundreds of thousands of views.

    I can't get myself to give the jackass another view.

    Also, I'm all for creating jobs in Mexico. That's a few less people who will be seeking work in the U.S.

    I can’t wait until someone starts complaining about dealers not custom ordering a voodoo blue access cab 4 cylinder manual without BSM with a vin that starts with 5 even though Liquid Balls on Tacoma World said the dealer in Topeka, KS did just.

    I'm not mad at Toyota, I just won't be buying another Tacoma. It's okay, there will be other trucks.

    This thread made me wonder about what problems are related to assembly or just parts failures related to defects.

    Not really fair to say that Mexican built Toyotas are junk if the part that failed was built in Indonesia--as long as the part wasn't destroyed on install.

    If a company builds a thorough quality control system with the proper checks and balances into their manufacturing plants and actually trains their workers properly then they will produce a quality product. There will always be some variance in quality that is just the nature of manufacturing but if they put good practices in place to catch a downward trend in the quality of their builds I don't think it will matter that Tacomas are being built completely in Mexico. Heck mine was made in Mexico and so far no major issues :fingerscrossed:
    My only complaint is if it costs the US in terms of jobs since I've been on the receiving end of that in in the past (Thanks NAFTA :tumbleweed:). If they are just consolidating Tacoma production and re-tooling the Texas plant for something else then its just business as usual.

    All in all it really depends on the parent company and their commitment to quality.
