    Thanks for the info. I do appreciate it. I have the Toyota all weather mats now and they work okay. I was mainly wanting a little more coverage and the passenger mat to stay in place. I did put some heavy duty Velcro on the passenger mat and it works for now...

    Sprint Booster and a Diamondback, minor interior mods and a few Meso products to boot. More to come
    Pros: aesthetically I love it, it doesn’t add any noise while driving and it is actually a lot sturdier than it looks. I can’t wait to make good use of this thing.
    The cons: the price tag was a little hard to swallow but I’m pleased with it anyways, it took a bit longer to install than they suggest, mostly I think because of my trepidation in drilling into my Diamondback XD also, I had to order heavier duty gas springs for the cab panel because it is too heavy with the rack installed. However, Diamondbacks customer service rep was awesome and will be shipping me new ones with a greater lift rating for free, and the entire email exchange was done within 20 minutes. I will just have to wait a few weeks to get the better springs.
    Overall my experience With Diamondback has been awesome, I definitely feel I made the right choice.

    Looks good but how do you access the front half of your diamondback?

    Edit: after reading further it obviously is attached to and moves with the cover.
    I like it.

    Tried the heavy duty velcro and it worked for a little while, but its giving up on me now. I just ordered a set of clips that look similar to what's on the drivers side from eBay.

    :fingerscrossed:

    That would leave a mark!!
    Not my tastes but it's not my truck. It obviously took some time and effort and looks to be well done. As long as he's happy with it it doesn't really matter what any of us think. Definitely unique.
    Heck I considered putting an Angry Orchard tap handle on mine. The Mrs. said it would be tacky.
    Not sure what she might think of my "duck call" shift knob idea.

    I want one too but at 1.5 times the cost, plus shipping to get in Canada it becomes so expensive.

    I didn’t know printable heat shrink tubing was even a thing until recently! Spendy per roll but I think it’s worth while between two overlandish rigs and a boat!

    @Ononamiss

    They DO look good, and are as tough as nails. I just wish that they opened up more. :(

    The added headache rack is a nice touch. :thumbsup:
