Have a great day all - To keep any boss at bay ask them when they come give you a hand while dealing with something hot, oily, wet, cold or dripping. Have them hold something just long enough to make them uncomfortable.
Be real pleasant and thank them so much for the help and invite them to stop by anytime.
For some reason they don't come back.

 

When I was working and being a Medium duty Diesel mechanic I found the best management deterrent !!! . That was Diesel fuel and just little amount applied to your clothing would repel any upper management quickly and efficiently

 

Padding them billable hours I see.

Then polish and protector.

I’m going to hold off respraying my headlights as long as possible so once a year does a good job

 

My son buffs headlights also. Some of these are so bad from the sun he has to use a light sandpaper to cut through the crust then go from there.
