Sorry if this question has already been answered... I am a noob. I am looking to purchase a shell for my 2020 OR. Do I need to get a suspension upgrade, leafs any reinforcement etc.. or am I perfectly fine with the stock setup? I see a lot of 3rd Gen guys with shells and suspension lifts. There is not like some wear and tear long term issue is there? Thanks!

There's more to this answer but basically....no you are fine just the way you are.

If you haul stuff a lot you'd appreciate a better suspension setup.

If you off-road you may want bed stiffeners. They "reinforce" the bed.

i think they said the weight of the shell was about 130lbs. i have not felt any handling or noticeable driving differences at all.

pretty much the overall weight of a fully loaded asian chick as a passenger

Picked up this un-used (never-been-installed) CX Revo earlier this week. It was a one-in-a-million chance of finding the exact one I was planning to get in the right size and color. Wife says it’s my Valentines Day present :)

Oh ok. My Leer has solid windoors but they are painted fiberglass. I'd say you made the right call. I don't like the blindspots they create.

Enjoying some beach time today in the canopy...always nice to be able to duck out of the wind, but still enjoy the view!

Pretty excited to finally be able to post in here. Picked up an A.R.E. CX earlier this week.

Well, here we go! I picked up this ARE Z-Series cap last night for $300! Great condition and has a tilt out/sliding front glass and carpeted interior. I wanted to initially get a cap with side windoors, but this deal was too good to pass up. Rattle can painting black to match once the weather warms up.20200223_183827.jpg 20200223_183832.jpg

Man if that was short bed I’d pay you to trade me and pay for the paint match lol. I wanted the z so bad. But settled for the right price on a cx that I still need to actually paint.

    Winter camping...
I don't miss the tent, but it's tight!
I pass the time playing with the LEDs after I velcroed the LED controller to the ceiling...

Is it just double-side tape holding the third brake light on? I noticed a bunch of condensation in mine this past weekend and would like to do this at some point.
