    That would leave a mark!!
Not my tastes but it's not my truck. It obviously took some time and effort and looks to be well done. As long as he's happy with it it doesn't really matter what any of us think. Definitely unique.
Heck I considered putting an Angry Orchard tap handle on mine. The Mrs. said it would be tacky.
Not sure what she might think of my "duck call" shift knob idea.

I want one too but at 1.5 times the cost, plus shipping to get in Canada it becomes so expensive.

I didn’t know printable heat shrink tubing was even a thing until recently! Spendy per roll but I think it’s worth while between two overlandish rigs and a boat!

They DO look good, and are as tough as nails. I just wish that they opened up more. :(

The added headache rack is a nice touch.

To be honest, I couldn't be happier. They are perfect. They put out way more light than I thought they would, and install was a breeze. Only time will tell how well they hold up in that crazy under the hood environment.

I finally decided to order and install a tailgate lock actuator. I decided to go the Amazon route. 2 for $14.00 Canadian to the door. That's like $2.50 American :D. I removed my tailgate handle and made a support bracket out of aluminum that mounts to the back up camera mounts. Then figured out the best placement for the actuator that didn't over stress the lock mechanism.
    20200303_105137.jpg

I ran a bundle of wires from the engine compartment to the hitch area. 7 wires total. 2 for the lock and others for expansion.
    20200303_105237.jpg

I ran the lock actuator wires into the cab through main plug seal. I then connected the wires to the left rear door. I didn't get pictures of that. It started to rain, and I just wanted it done. Happy with the mod.
