Hey all, I have a couple sets of load bed leg support brackets from Front Runner. They attach to their bed racks and then to your truck using jack nuts. They are extremely useful for those that want to add a bit more support to their front runner racks (or honestly what ever you have mounted to your taco rails too..) I bought these and forgot about them, never used. I've included the paper install document that is in the box.

I am asking $80 now $50** for both sets (you will receive 4 brackets total) and I will cover the cost of shipping to the lower 48.

    ** New price now $50

Assuming you have a FRO bed rack that attaches into the rails on the sides of the bed, essentially what these brackets do is add more support for the rack. They do that by by having the rack leg bolt through them and into the rails on the side of the bed. Then you insert the jack nuts into the side bed of the truck with some holes you will need to drill and then that creates a nut in which you will put a bolt through the bracket and thread into the nut. Instead of the weight of the rack and what you put on it relying solely on the bolts that each rail is mounted with (which has static/dynamic load limits of course), you have effectively added more bolts to distribute the load and therefore get a bit more support.

So if you have a rack with a ton of gear on it these are perfect for adding more support.

the spoiler in the first post under the picture has instructions which hopefully helps paint a picture.

When I get home I can find the “renders” front runner had posted when selling these. But the instructions paint the picture the best.

The brackets will be sandwiched between the rack leg and the Tacoma rail. A bolt through the leg and then through the bracket and then into the nut in the rail. At the same time the jack nuts, which you will drill some holes in your tacoma bed to install the jack nuts will hold the bracket. This is one of the rendered images, may be hard to see.

I’m not sure if Front Runner still sells these. They sold me 2 pairs for 85 bucks and I paid for shipping. They have a lot of products they don’t actually list on their stores but if you contact them with an issue they will be happy to provide you a solution with their product for $$$.

I bank with a local bank in my area. I’d really only be down PayPal, Applepay, Google pay, or I guess an Amazon gift card via email delivery lol
